History and Background of Migration in Slovenia

This course introduces learners to issues concerning the history and background of migration in Slovenia. Unlike many other EU countries, especially Germany, Austria, Greece and Italy, Slovenia has not been seriously affected by the so-called “refugee crisis” in 2015 and 2016. However, Slovenia had its “refugee crisis” 20 years earlier during the Bosnian War.
