Summary

In this course, you have received information about the asylum system in Slovenia and about its basic functions.

You have an overview about the different types of protection and have received information about the procedures and special regulations for applicants for international  protection.

You have received information about accommodation of refugees in the Asylum Home, and you know under which conditions restrictions of movements apply.

You are also aware of the difference between regular and expedited procedure, and you know the procedures for persons who do not apply for international protection.

Finally, you have learned about the different types of Slovenian court proceedings procedures.
