In this course we will show you how to care for yourself and to keep a personally useful balance.
You will learn about stress and under which conditions stress can become risky and damaging.
We will describe useful ways of dealing with the challenges of your voluntary engagement, e.g. when being confronted with traumatised persons or with rejection and aggression.
Concluding we will show you a number of ways of recovering and keeping a healthy balance of giving and taking.
