You know when they are entitled to certain benefits and you can distinguish and explain the differences between treatment certificates and the electronic health card. You know which aspects have to be taken into account during the initial treatment and examination and you are able to provide information as to why this is necessary in any case. You are also familiar with some useful brochures and can find out about updates and changes on the relevant websites.
